We believe Physical Therapy should be free from the limitations and restrictions of insurance. The traditional insurance-base model often presents limitations that can affect your care. As such, Riverside Physical Therapy, LLC is an out-of-network provider with payment due at the time service.
If you should seek potential reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide you with a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance company. We also provide an insurance checklist form to guide you through the process of seeking reimbursement should you so choose.
We offer full one hour sessions dedicated exclusively to you.

Follow-up visits - $115.
